Herndon, VA, December 8th, 2009: Search Technologies, the premier independent provider of enterprise search expertise and integration services announced today that it has acquired InfoSolutions, Inc. of Crestview Hills, KY, a specialist information management company with more than 18 years experience providing search solutions.

The acquisition was completed on 1st December, 2009. Financial details were not disclosed.
